Ended up having a crappy workout today, I checked my blood sugar after I got home and it was on the high side so I think that played a factor today...

Wave 1: Cycle #4
*Goal was to squat 235 for a triple, got the first rep, second rep I just couldn't do it. I had the safety pins in so I just dropped down and let the pins catch the bar. Heart kind of sunk after that. Could of been my mind set, could of been lack of confidence, having a high blood sugar, the creepy old guy working around me doing random shit.. But the fact is I couldn't do it. Think I'll re-due cycle 3's squat training percentages and get prepared for this cycles %'s.
