First off, many thanks to Infinite Labs for allowing me to try out their latest pre-workout. I am pretty excited, as I haven't used one in awhile. Pre-w/o's that I have used: Jacked, ASGT & LIT-UP.
Currently working out 5 days/wk using the Layne Norton PHAT program & have definitely been lacking some energy towards the end.
5'8", 195 lbs
~16 years on/off weightlifting experience.
Current Personal bests:
- Conv DL: 410lbs
- 5 degree incline bench press: 325x4
- Squat: ? - unknown as of right now, but recently have done 225x7 on front squats.
Today was actually the last day of the week I'll be in the gym - tomorrow's an off day & I'll be hitting it hard on Monday. So, any insight, comments, recommendations, etc...are welcome. I'll even be posting 'pretty lady pics', because I like pretty ladies....
