Default Saturday, 2/9

Empty stomach when I woke up + Epic BM = Great time for a weight check

Weight Check = 179 lbs.

Holy shit, bros!! I can't believe how long I'm holding at 179 with how much I'm eating. Can't believe how much time I've wasted over the years worrying about fat gain. Damn...I'm dumbfounded. How did I ever think I would make progress? I remember stressing over 2,500 calories (I used to weigh 140), as if that was some huge amount of excess.

On another site, a dude skinnier than me had this to say:

"5, 000 calories at 5'8? Mad man over here.
You don't have specific calories per day? Just go by what your feeling?"

and

"No, I was wondering if you had a set caloric limit or even preset macros for the day. Just eat until you are full?"

He was implying that I'm out of control and don't know what I'm doing. Meanwhile in his own log, he makes no progress and has gone on two "cuts" in the past 6 months even though he has no muscle mass, is already skinny, and can't even bench 200 lbs. He also alleges "injuries" as the reason he doesn't deadlift, but he still spends tons of time doing SLDL. I just wrote "lol" after set caloric limit/preset macros.

Feel like I'm on the right track; pretty psyched about moving forward.
