*Sometimes I feel my right bicep is working a little more than my left, I try to make sure I do them strict and ect. Could just be-cause I'm right handed. Think I'll try using dumbbells so I can focus a little more on my left arm.
3x10 w/ 10lb DB's
Decided on the spot I wanted to go to the gym today and had to rush my training a bit so I could get back home, to get ready for work. 5th workout this week so I'd better rest this weekend and put fork in my mouth!
