Single leg squats on leverage Machine
95x12 will move up next time
175x10x3. Will move up one rep next time
345x5. This made my one rep max go up to 402.5 according to calculator on Jefit
Bw chest dips
10,15,12,12,10. Total = 59. Used a wider grip and hit chest more .
Db rows (single arm )
140x10,9,8. Plus one rep on second set
Done in 1 hr exact time
I thought about going back to reeves but truth is this is plenty enough work for one session along with the day A of this A/B routine.
