New log for me to keep a few #'s about whilst i get ready to hopefully compete at a UPA meet this june. My goal is to pull 550 in this meet. Hopefully at 198 but if i have to jump up to 220 so be it. Currently i'm gonna work a pyramid for 12 weeks so i had backed off the #'s slightly to try to get a build up to the end of may so i can take a short breather to then build up to the middle of june. May or may not do a full meet we'll see how that goes but for the most part i wanna build that pull cuz my ultimate goal is to pull in the 600's raw at 198. I'm sure my bench would be in the low 3's and my squat in the mid 4's. So......LET'S DO DIS!!!!
