Test range on labs is 250-1100 ng/dL. My # was 618. Prior was 551 over a year ago, but I wasn't feeling my best then either so this is still apparently low for me. Free test was 83.5 (range 35-155 pg/mL). No prior number for comparison.

Also, estradiol was "high" at 49 pg/mL (range is <= 29). No prior number for comparison.

With hormones, ratios of contra-hormones is as important as the number of any single hormone.

Really good doc. Prior DO who specializes in restorative medicine now. He understands that ""normal in range" does not mean "normal" for an individual.

Right on. I think you have a solid approach. Many people don't realize that vitamins are useless without concurrent food and that many vitamins are stored in fat.

Thanks. The details start to matter more as you age, approach your potential or find yourself not in your best condition despite a consistent routine. While I do need to stay on track, more variables are having a greater effect on my results. Never a bad idea to get more info and be flexible with finding solutions.
