Decent boost of energy but I was already well rested going in to the workout Ė Juggernaut maybe be moderate-high stim per serving, but I definitely didnít feel jitter or anxious. It helped me power through todayís high volume bench + accessory day
I had a bit of trouble focusing on the flat bench sets but I found my groove during OHP and rows. I just couldnít feel the right muscles working during my flat bench sets but incline bench was a much different story.
Outstanding, skin bursting pump in my triceps and chest from bench and incline as well as in my forearms, biceps, and lats from rows. Pump was intense but didnít hinder my ROM
