I've never thought of it that way. Is it worth the trade-off of using straps rather than holding the bar yourself to do the heavier rows?

I've started supplementing 5g of creatine a day along with my trial usage of c4. I mix it with my PWO protein, and I took my first dose yesterday. It could just be confirmation bias or placebo effect, but today I felt like superman!
