Mil Press - 95, 115, 135, 155x5, 135x5 (wanted to add another set today, I don't feel I do enough military press.

Face Pulls - 70, 80, 90, 100x8

45 Degree Reverse Hyper-ish - Bw, Bw, Bw+25lbs, Bw+45lbs, 8

Overall good day. Could really feel my hams/glutes today on the reverse hyper-ish machine.. Really feeling good overall.
