Just an update.
Decided no squats or deads until back heals up. I am tired of trying to drop weight and work through it just to re-injur when it feels almost there. HOPEFULLY this week, and get back to it Monday.
In the mean time I will be doing the "BRO" workout.....bench and curls (first time in these) my workout partner is a big curl guy......
Brian (WO partner) has been bitten by the powerlifting bug. So when ever I am back to it, we are going to start the 3X3 workout. I am hoping that when the back does heal, starting out with higher volume, lower weights, I can ease back into the heavy lifting without any problems. Also it will be a good way for him to work into the 3 lifts.
Who knows, it the cycle workds well...we will just run it again!!
PS. Still go some personal issues I am working on, if I am not commenting on everyone's log like I normally do, it isn't because I am not reading them, just really pressed for time lately.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
