quick easy - felt good! the shoulder saver is nice - takes away the need of having 3 people there just to handle 1 person.. perks of having al caslow in the gym lol... tomorrow is Raw day (squat variant, prolly do front squats. bench to chest, and than opposite stance of comp stance for deadlift so will be doing sumo (which i hate))
