Plan going forward is to do super light RDL's ,GM's, and other back strengthening exercises and progress like a snail. I will likely try to pull again in a couple of weeks at the Crew Gym where they have large 5 & 10 lb plates.
Man, nothing makes you appreciate your most recent PR more than having to start all over again with the bar only.

Great work Super Jim! Well it sucks about not being able to pull, but not unexpected. Surprised you tried, to be honest, but glad you didn't push it or hurt yourself. Hope the GMs and RDLs don't do more harm. Stay strong bud, keep workin!
