2/5/13: 1 scoop in 6oz water on accessory

Energy: 8/10
1 scoop definitely doesn’t have the kick that 2 scoops does, but it was just enough to help me to complete my relatively light workout, which was performed later in the evening than usual. Best of all, no crash, which is always nice.

Focus: 8.5/10
Very smooth focus despite working out later than usual in the evening and not performing any “heavy compound” lifts. Even though I had to wait for some equipment, I was easily able to plug along and power through my sets.

Pump: 8/10
Nice pump on accessory day especially in the triceps after skullcrushers. Farmers walk and kirk shrugs gave a nice pump in forearms and traps. Glutes and quads were feeling a slight pump after blast offs but nothing crazy
