435x3x5 sets My grip sucks. First set was without straps, last 4 were with. Trying to work more grip work in, sucks when there's no chalk though.

C4 day 2. Was tired before the workout, dosed 25 minutes prior to and felt great during. Face was tingly again, but focus was definately noticeable - all the way to the row machine which was an hour and twenty minutes later. I know it's taboo to lift heavy and do HIIT on the same day, but I'm just trying to work hard and have fun!
