Many of us here are starting over or finding a new way due to age or injury, etc.
Lots of inspiring people, many fighting through regular set backs or obstacles.

For example, Hunterace...dude has a cracked skull and a headache 24 hours per day...and his lifts are kicking my ass! (not for long though )

Look around, whatever your goal or lifting style you'll find support and motivation here.
