got in some bench yesterday, along with band pushdowns and shrugs. First time going over 200lbs since the surgery. I did 205x10 then 225x6. I could have done a good bit more reps, but taking it easy. I have gone to taking two scoops on my heavy days, and 1 scoop on my arm days of Juggernaut. Working great for me!
