Squat : 05.02.2013

Some stretching work ... followed by Squats

BAR*10*01 set
135*08*01 set
225*06*01 set
315*04*01 set
405*04*01 set

Decided to go for 495 straight away. No more 455/475 today. And did it as drop set. So it was like

495*01 / 405*02 / 315*03 / 225*03 / 135*03 / BAR*04

Nothing else ... out of breath ... SQUAT and Leave ...
