Bottom up Pin squats
Low pin (probably 2-3" above parallel)
High pin (half squat- typical gym rat squatting depth lol)
Good session! Really liked the pin squats. Felt my glutes big time in these...
Thought it was funny. Nobody paid any attention when i was squatting 370 for reps to below parallel, but all kinds of people gathered around when i started piling on plates for pin squats. I wasnt impressed with it. I would much rather see 405 repping to below parallel than even 600+ being half squatted, but hey, guess it looked like a full squat to most people in the gym. Lol.
