OVERALL: I didn't "FEEL" any of this...I just wasn't in the game. STATIC DIP: I fail on lowering & go thru the bars to the ground. Also now my right front shoulder around the socket hurts. REVERSE FLY: I misread the traingin sheet. I was not suppose to do this.
