Nice! I'm slowly getting up to the numbers of where I want to be training with. Only thing I wish I had were training partners that criticize my form all the time, which you're very lucky to have.
On a side note will be up loading a couple clips from today, I couldn't remember how many sets I had done so I Ball parked it. I'll be a breakdown of a squat for my biomechanics class and the footage should come from Thursdays session. It'll be interesting to find how more efficient I can make my squat other than qualitative observations. I'll also do a commentary for it when I get a chance
