Heidi, your problem, sadly, is written all through this post. "As healthy of a diet as I can..." Usually means, " I really have no idea what I am eating." I/ we are not intending to come across mean, but based on what you posted, your diet IS the problem. Many of us would be happy to help, but you must first be willing to help yourself.
