Hamstring stretching
Leg Extension - 100x5kg
Quad stretching
Yoke PP and walk oh - 4x10m w empty yoke (90kg) - first time doing this and it was brutal on the pc.
Weighted abs - 3x20x45kg
Leg raises - 3x15-20
Plank 0:30,0:30,0:30
Spinal decompression
