100kg x 6 – 6sets [6,6,6,6,4,5]
145kg x 5 – 5sets
5kg jump was fine for Squats and Deads, actually Squats felt really good,better than last week.
looking forward to week 5 when i can stick the belt on and go for some heavy sets,
need to have patience till then and stay the course
Too ambitious for bench , should probably drop back to 97.5kg for rest of the week and go back up to 100kg next week.
Weigh in was 97.4kg on Saturday , 7 weeks out.
