Cheered me up big time! I'll do JB's program to the letter. My appt. is in early April. It sure is a drag that in Canada, the waiting lists are so damn long. Hope sure is a wonderful thing. I also reflected on the hell you went thru a few years back - it also provides inspiration to me.

Thanks Master! I have seen your posts in Ravi's log and I sure appreciate your words of encouragement. I now have hope, desire, and will to see this thru. I will try to prove the Doc wrong no matter how long it takes.

Thanks Doja!I am for sure not looking forward to the withdrawal. I'll do my best on the squats as well. Ya never know what can happen.
