Wide stance good mornings

Walking db lunges(16 steps ea set)

Squats
135 x 50 !!!!
Hardest set of squats Ive ever done!!! Didn't think I was gonna make it.

Hanging leg raises

Knees and back felt really good...did some foam rolling after
