I got a set of knee wraps before I hit my slacking point a while back. I never got a chance to get the hang of them. Lifted as much with as without. I imagine their benefit increase as the iron on the bar increases.

Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
