I think because you are little bit bigger guy, 3 scoops would do the job on a tough day.

I heard that the dosing for most products is based on a 160lb male...

Had to make up a couple days in one long workout!!!!

BW pull ups-10/10/9/8/7/6/5= 55 total
Seated cable rows- wide grip bar-160x10/180x10/200x6
BB reverse grip rows- 135x10/185x8/205x6
EZ curl bar- 75x10/95x7/6
Sumo deads with DB curls folowing each set---- 135X8 & 40x10/ 225x6 & 40x10/ 315x5 & 40x7/ 405x1 & 40x7/ 455x fail... drop back down to 405 x1
Tricep cable superset--- 72.5x10/10-- 72.5x10/10-- 72.5x10/7-- 72.5x10/6-- SPENT!!!

Awesome workout today... energy and pump where very good, was very pleased with today!!!
