Yeah, see how you get on with them. The only negative with normal Deads is they aren't really conducive to touch n go reps. And 36 reps is a fuck of a lot to pull from a dead stop.
Have a think about it, SLDL might be a better solution. Especially for your queer lower back!

Yes, high rep deads can definitely cause problems. Probably the most dangerous lift for high reps along with the Olympic lifts. I can always switch for deads when the time comes for lower reps.
