Today/yesterday Shoulders and traps

Arnold's
35' dumbbells 10x10 30 seconds rest first 6 sets and 45 seconds last 4 sets. Pure torcher

High pulls from floor
145 x 3 x 6 sets with 15 seconds rest between sets

Side laterals
35's x 12,10,10. 30 seconds rest ( again torcher)

Reverse flys
35's x 15,12

Shoulder shrugs with db's
65's x 20 x 3 sets. 30 seconds rest


Done in 45 minutes
