I have decided that tomorrow Im gonna 1rm all my 3 lifts and adjust my training from there...Hoping to get big numbers Nov 9th at the USAPL Georgia and southern states championships. then i will recheck around july with the new gear. tomorrow I am hoping for 525/425+/515...if I find my titan briefs then im hoping for a 545+ squat/525 DL
