I took it light today on the squats and I think i really dialed in my form. I brought my feet in a little bit and set up a little stool below depth and nailed them all. Made sure my back had a nice arch and stayed really tight through the whole thing
hmmm...Im gonna have to do that when I get back into squatting with gear
