Friday Feb 1st
Heavy Squats

Pre training: Spagheti,sausage,Flamethrower Grillburger,and 2 large Blizzards!

Squats @ 90% / 320lbs. Two back to back singles. Disappointing. Got a video,the last 4 minutes are nothing but me shaking. Depth was crazy,more on that later.

Front squats 185 x2. All downhill asses from here on out. Ass! Ass! Ass!

Dead start good mornings 185 3x5

Pause squats on pins to make sure depth wasn't too deep. 135 2x5. Use these for warmup?

Leg press/Leg curls/Calves/Face pulls/Neck/Bicep/Ab work to finish. About 65 minutes I think,felt a lot longer. Probably won't be on forum tonight,stupid tired.
