No need for spotters is a huge plus. I could try this power rack again,but the bench is perfect for my body.

Squats @ 90% / 320lbs. Two back to back singles. Disappointing. Got a video,the last 4 minutes are nothing but me shaking. Depth was crazy,more on that later.

Pause squats on pins to make sure depth wasn't too deep. 135 2x5. Use these for warmup?
Leg press/Leg curls/Calves/Face pulls/Neck/Bicep/Ab work to finish. About 65 minutes I think,felt a lot longer. Probably won't be on forum tonight,stupid tired.
