I'm going to try to hit up the crossfit gym this week. They have chalk there, and bounce plates. I'm going to see if I can get 475 on deadlift, and maybe even more.
Smash the deads. That ruck work would kill my lower back. Christ I am old.

That's damn good progress for a cycle like that. Well done.
