My motivation is one of a lifetime full of being made fun of for being fat and miserable stuck in a body of shame and guilt unable to do simple tasks in life without some sort of complication. I would probably be dead if I didn't start training when I did. Now I'm just seeing exactly how far I can go with this stuff.

I watch a lot of Kai Greene and I use a lot of his philosophy about training. Also doesn't hurt to watch some good motivational videos on youtube and then come here and get cheered on by our big family to do better.
