Bench - 130, 165, 195, 230x5, 270x3 (huge pr), 195x8
BB Row - 105, 130, 155, 180x5, 215x3 (getting better), 155x8
Floor Press - 135, 135, 145x8
Seated Pull Downs - 160, 170, 180x8, 200x5 Been getting more of a better form, really feeling the muscle connection now and wanted to see what 200 would yield. Will be bumping up everything at least 10lbs again on this (170, 180, 190x8) next time definitely.
Overall felt good, was a little shook about the bench, never attempted this weight period so I had to fight staying out of my head. Was clean, spotter today didn't even have to step to bench (I prefer that type of spotting).. I definitely think if I recover well Monday will give me the 270x5.
BB Rows felt good, getting better at them for sure. Shoulder is really tender from when I did seated dips a while ago (I knew I shouldn't have done them).. really tweaked on my last 215 on bb row but I'm going to try to keep it safe and will lift accordingly. Will not baby it but I'm not going to purposely get hurt.
Overall feeling great, really starting to feel good. Body composition keeps changing and I really like my results so far. Thanks to everyone who has been giving me such kind words of encouragement.
