Building home Powerlifting Gym
Since work will be picking up in march and going to the gym is going to be harder and I need to keep up with workouts so I am building this thread.
besides the basic needs bench/barbell/rack/plates what else should i add to the home powerlifting gym?
Squat: 450 @ 116kg
Bench: 301 @118kg
Dead Lift: 501 @118kg
