1 hr later egg 5 egg white 4 whole 1 cup oat meal
venison jerky, 1/4 cup mixed nuts, almonds/walnuts/macadam....snack
3 hr later
8 oz venison 2 cups broc..2grams fish oil..1 tbls natty pb
