Got a little loose on the second set and tweaked my already ailing right shoulder. All 4 sets were still gravy. Belted by the way. Hopefully its just a strain.

Bench pin press
250 x 5, 3, 3 +5lbs
First set was pretty easy. Flat died on the last two sets!

20 minutes LISS treadmill
