Hunterace's... Bacon Bulk with a side of Boobies
So after some wavering and discussion, I've decided to bulk. Btb checked my bodyfat a few weeks ago at 15-16%. I look pretty much the same as my last pic update. I've been between 196-200 since December. I just didn't put much effort in consistantly with my diet so I didn't lose more than a few lbs and a inch off my gut. Just don't care to get much thinner. I look in the mirror and see skinny/scrawny guy...so time to add some mass.
My goals are...
#1 add mass
#2 get stronger
I'd like to hit a 500 deadlift, 400 squat, and a 315 bench by the end of the year. This might be reaching a little too much but I'm hoping to do well. Right now I have a 405 deadlift, 315 squat, and a 265 bench, so I have some work to do. As long as I add mass, whatever strength gains I make I'll be happy with. Most of you that follow my other log know my past and issues with my head, so not going to write all that crap again. Btb has planned out my slow cal increase and I'm sure he'll continue to help me, as he's done in the past. Alone with all of your support too, I'm sure I'll do well.
