Wed - Squat day

Had a great squat day , I'm still moving up without having to use wraps to complete my sets so that's a great sign! Got there a little late due to my clinical duties starting up at school for practicum (sigh*) . So i cut out the goodmornings for today and added an extra accessory movement since the mono was in use and we don't have anything else to do them out of.

100 pull aparts
stretching with bands

close stance squats 240 8x3
high bar olympic squats - 190 5x5

accessories
ghr- 5x10
hyperextensions - 5x10
DB lunges - 3x10 each leg
DB rows - 3x15
