ME Squat Day

A very tough workout last night, I box squatted with the cambered bar and 4 chains to a max, I then immediately dropped down and squatted max singles, I think I hit about 4 each run. It was basically a max single every 15-20 secs. 8 in total. BRUTAL. I then pulled snatch grip sumos from a defecit. Wow very tough. I finished with abs and hammies. Good day. Try that next time you squat, especially if you suck at grinding reps.
