Wednesday squats and Deads
Finally a good deadlift workout, squats were just ok

Squats
145 x 2 x 5
235 x 2 x 3
325 x 2
Add wraps
375 x 1
415 x 5
The goal was 5 for juggernaut so I am satisfied

Deadlifts
225 x 2 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 1
405 x 14 or 15 pr
The trainer at my gym counted 15 but I am not sure. Don't care this the best my Deads have felt in a year. Thanks to the bearded beast's tip, I thinking of bending down to pick up a quarter that is slightly in front of me. Works perfect to get my set up right

Yoke bar box squats
180 x 2 x 5
230 x 3 x 5
Used the soft box pad so you sink it, tough

Reverse hyper
2 plates x 2 x 20

Sit ups
2 x 20

Beat down! Good session, very happy with this.

I am really mad at myself, I spilled water on my new ipad keyboard and it is no longer working. Any tips? So pissed
