Timed hammer curls
Standing press from chin/ behind head
Did 5 total rotations, 3 from chin, 2 behind on the presses. Did everything till it hurt. Nothing was less than 25 reps. Diff got a good pump!
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
