Wave 2: 3x5 - Cycle #3
*Deadlifts felt good today so I wanted to try a 10lb PR. Got it up a quarter of the way but it just stalled and couldn't move it anymore. Was kinda worried so I had to make sure I could still pull my last PR (275).
*Didn't do these stiff-legged today, Could feel it more in my back with my knees bent.
3x10 w/ 35lb plate.
Overall a pretty good workout, was gonna go for a 4th set on my last two assistant exercises but DL's took most my energy away.
