It's more an issue of the bar being very stiff vs the bar at the school gym. I'll find out for certain friday. spent last night rolling lower back with a tennis ball, right on the spot that bothers me. feeling pretty good today, will likely go in to do some stuff today, but nothing that puts pressure on the back.
80% session, benching felt good and shoulder was pain free during all pressing, though a bit tender to the touch after.
