Thanks buddy. I try not to wear a belt but do on occasion, it sure makes a difference. Thought about Oly shoes but simply cant afford it now, better off spending my money on beef =)

29/1 - Squat day
Squatted very wide and with a belt/wraps today. First time in a year and a half and it was awkward to say the least. Probably did not hit depth on all singles due to a tight groin =))
Good, massive leg bash nevertheless.
