Got a little muscle soreness today. Left peck is pretty tired, and both tris fried. Didnt do enough on the shrugs to get sore. I will next time that I know it wont bother my peck. Its great to be able to train a little bit again. Going to hit my arms today, OHP tomorrow, then some squats with a regular bar on Friday.
