Bench rehab/prehab day
Still in the 16 week, 4 month window. So I am still suppose to be doing weights less than 100lbs lol. Worked up to 185x10, then did 205x10 to the 2 board. There was a lot of volume to todays workout.
I took 2 scoops of Juggernaut as I warmed up. I could feel it really kick in about 30mins after I took it. After I finished my work, I spotted and coached a training partner who is just learning how to use a bench shirt. I was a little more wired from Juggernaut than normal, but I also took a little more than I normally do. It died off pretty well after about 3 hrs. Was able to fall right asleep, so everything worked out great.
I cant say enough that the taste is actually not bad! I normally cant stand the taste of supplements in just water, but Juggernaut is different. I am going to stick with this flavor next go around. If it isnt broke, dont try to fix it!
Arms today, OHP tomorrow, and some squats Friday. Great to be back to training again!
