Note: I've began to implement front squats to help with my squat. I haven't done them in about a year or so because i ended up bruising my ribs on a failed attempt with 315.(don't ask me how...lol)
Fast forward, and I nail a PR! My 275x2 were deep, but my 320 was NEAR parallel or so, felt deep so.
Have video, but doing this from my phone so will post tomorrow!
